Clayton B. McCullough
Clay’s practice is focused on litigation, with an emphasis on commercial law, construction law, personal injury, products liability, and appellate law. He also serves in an advisory capacity to local businesses and homeowners associations, including serving as corporate counsel for the Windswept Villas III Homeowners Association, Source Substrates, LLC and the Charleston School of Law. He is a Columbia, S.C., native and now lives in Charleston with his wife, Catherine and two children, Cameron and Rodgers.
