Pratt-Thomas Walker was hired to represent condominium owners on a resort island in a complex construction litigation matter. The case was complicated by the fact that the construction-related damages at issue had been caused over a number of years, by a variety of factors, and many of the responsible parties had moved on. After extensive discovery and investigation, we were able to establish a time period for the damages that defeated the Defendants' attempts to dismiss our claims based on the applicable statute of limitations. Furthermore, we successfully established extensive damages caused as a direct result of the Defendants' conduct and obtained a substantial settlement for our clients.
